Special Issue: Game Theoretical Models and Applications

Submissions are welcome for a special issue on Game Theoretical Models and Applications to appear in Mathematical Social Sciences. Submissions are possible within the window of September 15, 2024, and October 15, 2024.

The special issue invites submissions in all areas covered by the European Meeting on Game Theory (SING), including, but not limited to:

  • Cooperative games and their applications

  • Mechanism design

  • Networks

  • Dynamic games

  • Evolutionary games

  • Stochastic games

  • Voting and power indices

  • Auctions

  • Bargaining

  • Learning and experimentation in games

  • Computational game theory

  • Game theory applications in fields such as: management, energy, health policy, industrial organisation, and others.

In particular, we would like to encourage participants of the 19th European Meeting on Game Theory (SING 19) to submit full versions of their presented papers. However, other relevant papers are also welcome, whether or not they were presented at the conference. Contributions arising from papers given at a conference should be substantially extended, and should cite the conference paper where appropriate.

Instructions for authors can be found at: https://www.editorialmanager.com/mss/default2.aspx

Authors should submit their manuscripts from September 15, 2024, to October 15, 2024, via the journal’s online submission site. Manuscripts submitted after the deadline may not be considered for the special issue and may be transferred to a regular issue.

Please see the Author Instructions on the web site. Be sure to leave a comment that your work is intended for the special issue and to select the article type “S.I.: SING 19.” Papers will be subject to a strict review process managed by the Guest Editors and accepted papers will be published online individually, before print publication.
